(AP) — An abortion opponent who told investigators that anxiety and nightmares about plans for Wyoming’s first full-service abortion clinic in years led her to break into and burn the facility pleaded guilty to a federal arson charge Thursday. U.S. District Judge Alan Johnson accepted Lorna Roxanne Green’s agreement with prosecutors at a change-of-plea hearing. A dispute between two groups led to a shooting at a Walmart in Florida City that left one person dead and another injured. On Thursday, Miami-Dade Police took three suspects into custody. The shooting suspect was identified as 25-year-old Steve Lestin. Detectives said he confessed to pulling the trigger. Lestin faces one count of second-degree murder and one count of attempted felony murder. Also taken into custody were 20-year-old Roberto Acevedo and 21-year-old Jimari Hodge. Boston police body camera video recently obtained by 7NEWS shows the aftermath of the crash involving City Councilor Kendra Lara last month in Jamaica Plain. The crash happened on June 30 on Centre Street.
