COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KDVR) -- A jury has found Letecia Stauch guilty of murdering her stepson Gannon in 2020 and she has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Stauch was found guilty of all charges related to murdering her stepson, 11-year-old Gannon, including first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree murder of a child under 12 years old by a person in a position of trust, tampering with a deceased human body and tampering with physical evidence.For each murder charge, she was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. These sentences will be merged, meaning they will be served at the same time.Additionally, she was sentenced to 12 years for tampering with a deceased human body and 18 months for tampering with physical evidence.
